Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are
a
factory.
With two factories employing around 500 workers and spanning a total of 20,000 square meters, we bring 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience to the table. We support OEM and ODM operations, holding BSCI and GORE-TEX competency certificates, qualifying us to produce Gore's COF and TOF products.Q2
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How can we determine the price?
Pricing is a crucial factor for every customer. To determine the price, we need the following parameters: style of clothing, fabric and accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity, and more. These are the primary elements that influence the cost.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
Typically, we accept L/C at sight, or a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the B/L. Additionally, we can accept D/A for 30 or 60 days, though customers must bear an interest fee of 1% to 2% for insurance.
.
Q5: How long is your lead time?
Generally, our lead time is approximately 16 weeks if materials are not imported. However, we can adjust our production schedule for urgent orders to meet customer needs.
Q6: How to customize a sample ?
Simply reach out to us with your specific requirements, including fabric choice, style preferences, artwork details, desired quantity, size chart, color options, etc. For best results, we recommend sending us an existing sample, so we can tailor-make your custom piece to perfection.
Q7: How long we can receive samples?
Generally speaking, for the proto sample, we use substitute materials to review patterns and designs, which takes approximately 10-15 days. For the subsequent 2nd, 3rd, and further samples, we will use the actual materials to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the final product. This process takes about 10 days. Please note, the sample lead-time is highly dependent on the complexity and quantity of the products.

The sample charge is twice the regular price. Please note that we follow stringent sample control procedures, and our skilled technicians and workers ensure that your samples are of the highest quality and effectiveness.
